A simple action becomes an independent technical proof, timestamped and publicly verifiable — with no content storage and no artificial intelligence.

1. Secure account creation

Issuing a Codex requires creating an account. This step ensures identification of the issuer and traceability of operations.

Registration is free. No subscription is required. Codex proofs are issued individually or in packs.

The account also provides access to the history of issued proofs as well as associated invoices.

2. Activation and credit

Once the account is created, you can activate your access by acquiring one or more Codex.

The model is simple: pay-per-use. No commitment, no subscription.

3. Document or file upload

You upload the file you wish to certify. Codex accepts common formats: PDF, office documents, images, spreadsheets and video files.

Maximum size: 80 MB per file. The file is never stored. It is used only to generate a digital fingerprint.

Video certification allows you to prove the existence of a recording at a given date, without exposing its content.

4. Fingerprint generation and registration

Based on the exact content of the file, the system calculates a unique digital fingerprint.

Any modification, even minimal, would produce a different fingerprint. The process is fully deterministic.

The fingerprint is then recorded in a timestamped append-only registry, ensuring the integrity of records.

5. Public verification

Once recorded, the fingerprint can be publicly verified. Anyone with the proof identifier can confirm its existence and its date.

The original document is never required to verify the proof.

Core principles

  • No file storage
  • No artificial intelligence
  • Deterministic and reproducible process
  • Independent and verifiable proof
  • Multi-format support up to 80 MB

Codex relies exclusively on standardized and controlled technical mechanisms. No machine learning, no algorithmic interpretation is involved in the generation of proof.
