• the creation and management of user accounts,

• the technical operation of the Codex issuance service,

• the performance of a contract when creating an account and issuing a Codex,
• compliance with legal obligations, particularly accounting and tax requirements,

Information required to create an account is mandatory. If this data is not provided, access to the service cannot be granted.

Optional information may be left blank without affecting primary access to the service.

User account data is retained for the duration of the account’s activity.

Data required to comply with legal obligations (particularly accounting requirements) is retained in accordance with the retention periods provided by applicable regulations.

No document submitted for the issuance of a Codex is stored by the service.

Transfer Outside the European Union

These cookies do not enable advertising tracking and do not collect any data for marketing purposes.
