Nature of the service

Codex-Log is an independent technical infrastructure for recording and tracing sealed decision fingerprints.

Codex-Log provides no legal advice, performs no legal validation and stores no documents or contracts.

The service only consists in recording the existence of a formalized conclusion at a given time through the generation and registration of a timestamped cryptographic fingerprint.

Limitation of liability

Codex-Log does not guarantee the legal validity, accuracy or legal effect of the recorded conclusions.

Use of the service is under the sole responsibility of the user.

Personal data

Codex-Log stores no documents and exposes no personal data in its public ledger.

Any data possibly collected during the issuance of a CODEX is strictly limited to service execution.
