Move-out inspections: avoid disputes before they begin

Many rental disputes begin with a very simple sentence: "It wasn't like that before."

A scratch. A damaged door. An appliance no longer working. A moved piece of furniture or a marked wall. When returning a property, memories become unclear, conversations become tense, and everyone tries to reconstruct the actual condition of the place.

The problem is not always the absence of photos

Today, almost everyone takes photos before a rental. But a few weeks later, finding the right images, the correct dates or proving they were never modified becomes much more difficult.

A regular photo remains a simple file stored on a phone. And during a disagreement, anything that can be modified can be challenged.

Keep reliable proof of the actual condition

Codex-Log allows you to freeze a situation at a specific moment.

When you secure photos, a unique digital fingerprint is generated and timestamped by an independent third party.

This later helps demonstrate that a file already existed in that exact state at a specific date.

In practice, what changes?

A few minutes that may prevent many problems

The goal is not to create distrust. The goal is simply to document a real situation before a disagreement appears.

A few photos. A few seconds. And above all: a clearer, stronger and easier-to-find record when it truly matters.
